台北市政府自 108 年開辦中等學校學生英語創意 Youtuber 比賽，報名學生逐年增加、競賽影片一年比一年優質更可見一斑。

暑假兒童 Youtuber 營隊讓孩子了解影片創作的完整過程。 透過這個課程，孩子們將從 Youtube 影片的基本認識開始了解影片製作的元素、故事線與分鏡

學習如何拍攝影片、使用不同編輯應用程式的功能，例如在影片中添加標題、文字、3D 效果、網路梗圖或配樂等等。

在製作影片時，學習與電影製作相關的技能與英文專業術語，包括曝光、對比度、色溫、景深和光圈；另外也包括實務上三腳架和手持穩定器的構造與使用。營隊最後一天將完成並分享一個屬於自己的 Youtube 影片。
