    其實,烘焙是非常具有療癒效果的 ─ 尤其是配上三五好友和一杯好咖啡。趕快加入我們的「來一杯烘焙坊」吧!在這裡,配合每個月不同的主題,從餅乾、蛋糕、麵包到任何想得出的西點,你可以動手玩創意,也能跟著老師做練習;你可以放膽從頭學,直到變成人人羨慕的烘焙達人。記得在每次烘焙坊下課後,坐下來跟同學們享受一杯好咖啡,然後再帶著美味的手作成果回家驕傲一下哦~

    Bake and Brew
    Baking is therapeutic especially with some good friends and a good cuppa. Come join us for a baking workshop in a warm and welcoming kitchen. With different monthly themes, our baking workshops range from cookies, cake, and bread to pastry. Workshops are a combination of hands-on and practical work with demonstrations. You will get to learn basic baking techniques and get tips of baking from scratch. At the end of the workshop, you will get to enjoy a cuppa and refreshment with fellow friends and bring home the fruit of your labor.

    烘焙師 Rachel 堅持使用優質原料 - 日本熊本麵粉​,日本上白糖​,阿里山放山雞蛋​,得意的一天優質植物油,100% 使用法國優質純動物性鮮奶油​,無摻氫化過植物性鮮奶油,堅持不使用化學膨大劑​,絕不加人工色素,蛋糕的色彩來自純可可粉、天然果泥,大人、小孩都可放心食用!中文授課。

    “Everything is made with nature and its origin” is the philosophy of Rachel’s baking workshop. Kumamoto flour, coarse granulated sugar, Free ranged eggs, 100% vegetable oil, French dairy cream and fermented naturally by yeast and all colored from food itself are what we will make Chiffon in the workshop!
