2.Please complete the Participant Information after your payment.
3.Skaters must inform us if there is any health condition.
4.Students are encouraged to be always PUNCTUAL for lesson, no extension of time for lateness.
5.Students are responsible to inform the coach at least 3 days in advance on changes to the schedule. Late information will not subject to class replacement.
6.NO replacement will be given to sick leave unless students provide related medical proof.
7.Fees package must be used within 3 months from the payment date. Failing of reach, fees will be forfeited.
8. All students are responsible of taking care their own personal belongings, and in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the Classes, given the known parameters of the Classes (such as the length, time, physical demands, and environmental context).
9. All students must follow all reasonable safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Coaches.
10. The Blade School will not hold responsible for any student’s lost, stolen, and damaged property.
11. The Blade School will not hold responsible for any injuries (including, but not limited to injury or death) caused regardless it is before, during or after class.
