・Working with beads develops many useful skills for pre-schoolers, adults, as well as aged seniors. ・Jewellery Making with beads keep the brain active and help with cognition development. ・It develops creativity and imagination in people of all ages ・Improves fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination by grasping beads of various sizes, and transferring different materials. ・Visual perception and memory is also trained during the session, as children have to scan the inventory of materials to choose the right one, and create a pattern to remember the design. ・Bead jewellery making also involves math skills to calculate and estimate length of materials to be used in the design. ・Social skills is also enhanced as participants can share design ideas during the session.

And the best thing: - Fuss-free Experience, everything is nicely prepared for you! This activity is for tailored for children age 9 and above and adults to experience crafting beautiful pieces of jewelleries to help grow their confidence. This Jewellery Making Workshop uses real crystals, freshwater pearls, mother of pearls and hypoallergic 18K Gold Plated metal.

Schedule

☞ 11:00 am - arrival
☞ 11:05 am - class starts - ice breaking and introduction with groupmates if any
☞ 11:10 am - introductory of jewellery making and related tools 
☞ 11:20 am - bracelet jewellery making
☞ 01:00 pm - necklace jewellery making
☞ 02:00 pm - class ends, certificate giving and photo session

  • Duration: 3 hours per session
  • Suitable for: Ages 9 years old and above/ Adults / Parent-Child Pair 
    The accompanying parent fee is RM50, maximum accompanying person number is 1.
  • Self Drive: Shangrila Hotel Paid Parking available, Menara Hapseng, Menara Haw Par 
  • Language of instruction: Chinese, English, Malay
  • Included Costs: instructor fees, material costs, on-site tool usage fees, venue charges
  • Excluded Costs: Parking Charges, additional materials purchase 
  • Teacher-Student Ratio: 1 teacher : 4- 8 students
    Assistant will be present when students existed 8 pax
  • Matters Needing Attention: Please read all instructions, cancellation, and reschedule policies carefully. Application submission confirms your agreement to the merchant’s regulations.
    1. Please complete the Participant Information after your payment.
    2. Pictures/videos of the course may be used for event promotion in the future. If you do not agree, please notify us during the course.
    3. The studio will be open 10 minutes before class. Please bring a water bottle. We also require the names and telephone numbers of both the student and the parent.
  • Minimum Enrollment: 1 person runs a class, Niceday will inform you in advance of any uncontrolled cancellations, offering either rescheduling or a full refund. If the class is confirmed, no further notification will be provided.
