购买须知

  • Duration: Whole day pass grants unlimited access to the playground for the entire day. 
  • Suitable for:
     Ages 1 ~ 17 years old must be accompanied by a guardian
    The extra guardian entry fee is RM10
    (FREE ENTRY for children below 12 months with at least 1 paying sibling)
  • Language of instruction: English & Malay
  • Matters Needing Attention: Please read all instructions, cancellation, and reschedule policies carefully. Application submission confirms your agreement to the merchant’s regulations.
    1. Please complete the Participant Information after your payment.
    2. Pictures / videos of the course may be used for event promotion in the future. If you do not agree, please notify us during the course.
    3. Wristband Requirement: Each participant must wear a wristband upon entry at the counter. The wristband cannot be removed if you leave and wish to return to the playground on the day.
    4. Safety Guidelines: All participants must wear their socks and adhere to safety rules, show respect for other children and equipment throughout the playground. Please take care of your personal belongings.
    5. Hygiene Guidelines: Please do not eat or drink within the playground area (except for waiting are).
    6. Parent Supervision: Parents or guardians are required to supervise children while they play to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
    7. Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation and refund policy before completing your purchase.
  • Minimum Enrollment: 1 person runs a class, Niceday will inform you in advance of any uncontrolled cancellations, offering either rescheduling or a full refund. If the class is confirmed, no further notification will be provided.
