The trial class will get you started and comfortable with the basics of throwing on the wheel including preparing and working with clay, learning to center, throwing basic shapes, removing your pot from the wheel and cleaning the wheel! You’ll be introduced to the basic process of pottery making and learn a variety of hand-building techniques. An opportunity to try your hand from pinch pottery to slab building and coiling. Where the following steps "trimming and glazing/ coloring" will be done by our studio.
🎨 Pottery Painting Class 🎨
Unleash your creativity on a variety of colorful paints and pastes to personalize a bisque mug/ bowl/ plate. Our teacher will also be on hand to offer tips, tricks and creative inspiration. At the end of the class, you’ll have your own painted ceramic creation to call your own.
