1.To ensure the smooth progress of the experiential activity, please be punctual.
2.No refunds will be given for those who arrive late and consequently have insufficient experiential time or for those who are absent without valid reasons.
3.This activity is designed as a parent-child event, and each child should be accompanied by at least one parent.
4.The on-site staff will take photos for recording and platform promotion during the experiential event. If you do not agree, please do not register.
5.In the event of uncontrollable natural disasters such as inclement weather, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the experiential schedule, postpone, or cancel the activity.
6.If a discrepancy is found between the number of participants and the purchased quantity during the check-in at the event, the price difference must be settled on-site.
7.Baby strollers are not allowed in the play area and can be placed outside the play area. However, the organizer does not provide storage services.

5. 如遇天气等不可抗之天然灾害因素，则主办单位有权调整体验延或取消
6.如于活动报到入场时发现人数与购买数量不符者，需现场补差额
7.婴儿推车不可进入游戏区，可置放于游戏区外，但主办单位无提供保管服务
